University of Zurich announces the creation of honorary Einstein Centennial Fellowships for PhD students in theoretical physics to commemorate Einstein's PhD from University of Zurich in 1905, his Annus Mirabilis, when he wrote papers establishing quantum nature of light, special theory of relativity and Brownian motion. The purpose of the fellowship is to attract world's best students to study theoretical physics in Zurich. Up to three Einstein Centennial Fellows will be selected from the overall pool of applicants to PhD program based on their scholarly excellence and academic promise. No separate application is needed.
